Energy Path moves through three changes of movement, each shifting the energy in a different way.

• Squats bring a steady, grounded start, bending down and pushing back up.
• The spin adds a change of direction, turning on the spot.
• High knees finish with a fast, driving rhythm, lifting the knees up at pace.

Together, the three keep the body moving through the whole sequence.
